Such a great menu, so many options... the daily specials are amazing and large amounts, we always share a plate. But the Bar!! Amazing drinks, fun bartenders and nicely poured... great spot for sports and also large groups
Hi Ya'll All I can say is Zubies is one of the best places in HB. The people and staff are so fun and sweet and if you want a great place to watch Football Baseball and more this is the place . The Pizza is off the chart and I'm happy to say Susan took great care of me and is definitely the heart of Zubies!!! I brought a friend to Zubies who had never been and for the first time I ate in the bar area. A friend who frequents Zubies gave me a tip that she prefers the bar menu and my friend that came with me wanted Oysters. I also did not know Zubies had a happy hour menu, which is awesome. My friend ordered Oysters on the Half Shell and the Happy Hour Fish & Chips. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Blackened with a baked potato, vegetables and side salad. All of the food was fresh, delicious and the portions are generous. The bartender who waited on us was very friendly, personable and provided excellent service. My friend loved the food, service and atmosphere as well. We look forward to coming back!
This is the classic seafood restaurant experience. We ordered way too much food and tipped well, and it cost $100. I'm an instant regular.
Food was good. we got the surf and turf meal and calamari. Paid about $62 for an appetizer, meal and two beers. Everything needs more spices. Once a customer is done and leaves, the table is immediately cleared and sanitized.
What can I say, Been coming to Zubies since the original in Costa Mesa, love the bar, staff is great, daily specials are always good especially the steak and shrimp! Miss the old days of Steak and Lobster! Try the steamed clams and a few cold beers you can't go wrong, give these hard working folks a try, you won't be disappointed
Use to go there Thursday nights for their $7 Prime Rib, lots of great memories with friends and family. Their large pepperoni pizza was very inexpensive and delicious.
Minimalist steaks, prime rib and seafood. Self seating, with an order wind and pickup window. Reasonable prices for what you get. It's good food and you will walk away full. But don't expect Ruth's Chris Steak House in any sense of the word.
